Peter Murphy, Outreach Coordinator for the Mental Health Association of San Francisco, explains how the Warm Line, a peer-support line for those struggling with their mental health, will expand its services.
“The idea, really, of the warm line is it’s a preventative service, so we try to keep people out of crisis. Hopefully somebody’s calling in to us before they might need crisis services, like hospitalization or going to the E.R. or something like that.” — Peter Murphy
